How do I join the rewards program?
Simply create an account on our site and you'll automatically be enrolled.
How can I earn points?
There are two ways to earn: make a $150+ CAD purchase to earn 15 points, or post a product review with media to earn 5 points.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account — your points balance is displayed at the top of this page, in your account dashboard, and at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 90 days after they are earned. Be sure to redeem your points at checkout and claim your reward before they expire!
How can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points at checkout. Each point in Pure Fishing Rewards is equal to $1 that you can redeem for and apply at checkout.
Do my rewards expire?
Once a reward is activated in your account, it does not expire.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points earned for that order will be deducted from your account balance.
